HOW TRAINING WORKS

My journey in health and fitness began early, fueled by participation in sports like swimming, snowboarding, and volleyball. However, it was a personal shoulder injury, among many others from sports over time, that sparked my deep desire to understand how the human body truly works.
This curiosity led me to a mentorship in a small studio, where I was challenged by a coach knowledgeable in anatomy and biomechanics. Determined to master this knowledge, it became quickly realized that many typical training methods were incomplete and my old model was not redeveloping full muscular function. Following this foundational experience, I moved to a larger studio. Collaborating with highly qualified health professionals in various fields to expand my practice and develop the comprehensive training style I use today. I am very grateful for the opportunities to advance my knowledge from my mentors, clients, and personal obstacles that have continued to refine my practice that can be passed down to you.

While Jordan is able to help clients of various backgrounds. He excels at building healthy nutritional habits, Athletic conditioning, and post injury redevelopment (PIR). PIR is periodized training following physical therapy removing the “now what” confusion once the client is able to perform normal exercise.
