• Developing, customizing, and continuously refining your personal training and coaching programs.

• Communicating with you regarding scheduling, billing, and progress updates.

• Improving our website usability, security, and service offerings.

3. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

All personal information collected—whether through our digital platforms or during one-on-one personal meetings—is treated as strictly confidential. We maintain internal safeguards to protect your data from unauthorized access.
