Jordan is a great personal trainer, very friendly and helpful. I first worked with him doing partner training with my daughter one summer. Later I worked one on one with him. I grew stronger, was very aware of the correct ways to to lift weights, and do exercises to improve balance, strength, and endurance. Jordan knew how to work on the specific areas I needed to improve on. He slowed me down and made me do a movement the correct way. I definitely benefited from his training.
My husband is a civil engineer who works in construction as an inspector. I encouraged him to start working with Jordan. He wanted a program to continue working, keeping balance and flexibility. Jordan provided that which allowed him to continue working outdoors in difficult conditions, Jordan’s knowledge of human physiology enabled my husband to keep working, keep doing what he enjoys when most peers of his continued in an office environment.. we really appreciate Jordan.

I was fortunate to work with Jordan for over five years. My motivation was my
daughter’s upcoming wedding and wanting to get in shape for retirement and travel.
After working for years as a nurse, I had problems with back pain and lack of flexibility.
After a thorough assessment, he produced a plan. Over time I was able to lose weight, build muscle, decrease my back pain, and learned to lift heavy. I found him to be knowledgeable, organized, and encouraging. He would have no problem pushing you through tough things and making sure your form was correct. I would highly recommend him as a personal trainer.

Jordan was my personal trainer for many years. During this time, he helped prepare me for long- distance cycling events, strength- training, and balance issues. He is very professional, as he always was able to quickly modify and adjust the workout according to what my daily issues and needs were. He is highly knowledgeable and experienced in his field, including nutrition. When the pandemic hit, he provided me with an on-line program and was always available if I had any questions.

He took my goals into account and provided a series or engaging workouts that were both varied and tailored to my goals. I strongly recommend Jordan and his physical training capabilities. I was in my early 40’s and had gotten into a slump, I worked out but was slowly gaining weight and losing motivation. I had tried a few trainers before but as previous D-1 athlete didn’t like or want a cookie cutter formula. I had observed Jordan at the gym with other clients liked what I saw so gave him a try.

I hired Jordan to help me train for a few big goals at different times in my life - first to improve my strength and mobility for a job as an equestrian artist on the touring theatrical production, “Odysseo” by Cavalia, and again several years later to prep for my fire academy exam. I have never enjoyed strength work, so I needed a trainer who could meet me where I was at and keep me engaged.

Jordan was my trainer for many years and what I valued most about him as my guide in health and fitness, was his genuine desire to see me succeed.
